The moderator, later identified as Crenshanda Williams, has been charged and put under police investigation after supervisors noticed that she had an abnormally large number of calls that lasted less than 20 seconds each, according to courts documents obtained by CNN. In fact, after further investigation through the Houston Emergency Center database, authorities found that "thousands of short calls have been attributed to [Williams]" from Oct. 2015 to Mar. 2016.

On Monday, Vicente Antonio Bermudez Zacarias, a federal judge in Mexico, was fatally shot in the head while jogging in front of his home in Metepec, Mexico, which is about 45 miles west of Mexico City. The motive behind the killing hasn't been confirmed yet, but Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said that the attorney general's office will lead a thorough investigation.

Officer Doug Jorgenson was working a nearby traffic post just after the Seahawks kicked off against the San Francisco 49ers when an unidentified man approached him with the briefcase, according to Fox. The man said he had been walking his dog in the area when a second man asked to pet his dog. He then claimed the stranger walked off and left the briefcase behind.
